D*na Festival Dénia is a gastronomic and playful festival of international dimension organized by the Dénia City Council and the Valencian Agency of Tourism, with chef Quique Dacosta as spokesman and gastronomic commissioner.
This event pays tribute to gastronomy as the essence of the Mediterranean lifestyle, as part of its cultural DNA.
D*na is an original idea of Quique Dacosta.
The chef is one of the symbols of Dénia’s gastronomy and represents a way of understanding the cuisine that unites tradition with the avant-garde.
